Iowa DAS Fleet Services is seeking bids from dealerships to establish a fixed percentage rate above the Triple Net Invoice, including Government Incentives, for sedans. The bid aims to set a percentage service rate applied to the dealer's true cost for vehicles, including government fleet rate vehicles or off-the-lot vehicles. Awarded vendors must provide an itemized Triple Net Invoice for each vehicle, which DAS Fleet will review before issuing a purchase order.
