Description
The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to PSSC Labs. The action will be executed in accordance with GSAR 538.7104-3(b) (ii) Only one source is capable of providing the products, services, or solution required at the level of quality required because the products, services, or solutions are unique or highly specialized. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to Christopher Hummel, christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil and Deywan Hunt, deywan.hunt@spaceforce.mil no later than 10 Aug 2026 at 7:00AM Pacific Time.
Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government. Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
