This opportunity seeks a contractor to refit and renew warranties for the United States Army Reserve Command's (USARC) Mobile Marksmanship Training Simulator (MMTS) systems across 20 Preliminary Live-Fire Simulator (PLFS) units. - Government Buyer: - United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) - Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg - Products and Quantities: - 40 LS17 Gaming Computers (replacement with newer versions) - 20 LS Short Throw Video Projectors (installation and upgrade) - 80 M4 Rechargeable PEQs (repair) - 160 M4 Magazine Round Counters (repair or replacement) - 20 Counting Mag Charging Docks (16Mag) - 20 Screens (14’) - 40 CO2 Refill Adapters - Services: - System survey and assessment for all 20 PLFS units - Technology refresh and hardware upgrades - Round trip freight for equipment (20 units) - Labor for installation, repair, and upgrades - Five-year extended warranty covering labor, repairs, and replacements for defects - Periodic courseware updates aligned with Army qualification standards at no additional cost - Site cleanup after servicing - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all equipment, materials, and PPE - No government-furnished materials will be provided - Warranty must include periodic courseware updates and cover all labor and materials for failures due to defective material or workmanship - Project completion expected within 30 days of Notice to Proceed, with a five-year warranty period for all upgraded systems - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation.

Description

The Contractor must perform the following work and meet specifications:

Mobile Marksmanship Training Simulator (MMTS) – . Replace (40) LS17 Gaming Computer with newer version. . Install and upgrade (20) LS Short Throw Video Projector. . Repair (80) M4 Rechargeable PEQ. . Repair/replace (160) M4 magazine round counter. . (20) Counting Mag Charging Dock, (16Mag) . (20) Screen 14’ . (40) CO2 Refill Adapters . (20) Round Trip Freight . Labor . Five-year extended warranty (15SEPT26-14SEPT31)

The contractor must conduct a system survey for all 20 PLFS units to assess current hardware and operational deficiencies.

The contractor must perform technology refreshes, including all necessary hardware upgrades and repairs, to bring systems to current operational standards.

The contractor must provide a 5-year extended warranty for all upgraded systems, covering labor, repairs, and replacements for failures due to defective material or workmanship.

The contractor must provide periodic courseware updates aligned with TC 3-22.40 Army qualification standards at no additional cost under the warranty agreement.

Clean up after Servicing: The Contractor must remove all trash, debris, or surplus materials from the work site during and at the end of each workday and must leave the work site clean of all debris when work is completed.

Project completion for the Project is estimated to be 30 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), which includes travel, staging, execution, and quality assurance.

Government Materials – No Government-furnished materials are provided. The Contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and PPE. The Contractor may request approval to use GSA or other Government supply sources if needed.

Inspection: The Contractor must notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) no later than two (2) days prior to starting work on each MMTS or major system phase.

Warranties: The Contractor must provide a warranty of one (1) year on workmanship for all labor performed. Additionally, a five (5) year extended warranty will be applied to all PLFS systems covering hardware and software reliability, repair, and replacement due to defects.
