Ontario Health is seeking a physician leader to serve as Pan North Clinical Lead – Surgical Access & Flow for the North East and North West Regions of Ontario. - Government Buyer: - Ontario Health (North East and North West Regions) - OEMs and Vendors: - No OEMs or product vendors are involved; this is a professional services/leadership role - Services Requested: - Pan North Clinical Lead – Surgical Access & Flow (1 position) - Provide system-level clinical leadership to improve surgical access, patient flow, and health system performance - Advise on strategic priorities, engage stakeholders, support implementation of initiatives, and represent Ontario Health in relevant committees - Requires a practicing surgeon in Ontario with at least five years of experience and demonstrated leadership in surgical systems - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Must be a practicing surgeon in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario - Minimum five years of clinical experience - Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and health system performance - Commitment to equitable, person-centered care, especially for Northern Ontario and underserved communities - 0.2 FTE commitment for an initial two-year term, with potential for extension

Ontario Health is seeking expressions of interest from qualified physicians for the role of Pan North Clinical Lead – Surgical Access & Flow. This role provides system-level clinical leadership across the North East and North West Regions, with a mandate to improve surgical access, flow, and performance in alignment with regional and provincial priorities. The position reports directly to the Vice President, Clinical Programs for the Ontario Health North West and North East Regions and plays a key role in advancing regional surgical system performance and implementing strategic initiatives. The contract duration is 24 months, and the procurement route is open.
