DLA Troop Support is seeking sources for a wide range of battery maintenance and charging equipment, primarily manufactured by PulseTech Products Corporation. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support - OEM Highlight: - PulseTech Products Corporation (CAGE 00NQ8) is the primary and sole OEM referenced - Products Requested: - Battery chargers, analyzer-chargers, charger subassemblies, power supplies, wiring harnesses, connectors, battery jump-start equipment, and related components - Over 50 unique part numbers, with quantities ranging from single units to over 1,300 units for some items - Notable high-quantity items include: - 1,358 units of Charger Subassembly, Battery (P/N 735X724) - 1,159 units of Analyzer-Charger, Battery (P/N 741X890) - 764 units of Charger Subassembly, Battery (P/N 735X713) - 581 units of Test Set, Battery (P/N 741X800) - 345 units of Power Supply (P/N 735X645) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All items are identified by PulseTech part numbers and NSNs - Packaging and marking must comply with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129 - Special handling required for hazardous materials and ESD-sensitive items - Offerors proposing alternate parts must provide a complete technical data package and commerciality documentation - The procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC), with a potential duration of 3 to 5 years

Description

This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data. This is a sources sought notice required when using only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).

DLA Land and Maritime is considering a future solicitation(s), and subsequent award, of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for the item(s) on the market research spreadsheet. The resultant IQC/LTC could potentially range from 3 to 5 years in length. Please provide any adddtional sources that may be able to manufacture these items.
