This solicitation is for the procurement of Compliance Manager/Professional software including 3 Admin User Licenses, 50 Employee User Licenses, and multiple modules such as Dashboard & Workspace, Training, Policies & Procedures, Audits, Risk, Reporting, and Third Party Management. Additional software add-ons include a standalone custom branded LMS with Super Admin Package, Single Sign-On with SAML configuration, additional admin and employee user licenses, and sanction & exclusion checks. The contract period is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The awarded vendor must provide the service directly with no third parties or subcontracting allowed.
