The Port of Houston Authority is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for targeted concrete and pavement repairs at the General Cargo Terminals, specifically at CARE and Jacinto Port Terminals. The project aims to restore structural integrity, improve safety, and extend the service life of critical port infrastructure by repairing and replacing deteriorated concrete slabs, pavements, and associated terminal surfaces affected by heavy cargo operations and environmental exposure. Bid security of 5% of the greatest amount bid is required. The work must be completed no later than October 31, 2027, following the milestone schedule in the Special Conditions.
