The FDA's Division of Color Certification and Technology (DCCT) is seeking preventive maintenance services for two Powerex oil-free scroll air compressors supporting critical laboratory nitrogen generator systems. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Cosmetics and Colors, Division of Color Certification and Technology (DCCT) - Office located at University Station (CPK2), 4300 River Road, College Park, MD 20740 (Room 1096) - OEM Highlight: - Powerex is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specified for the compressors and required parts - All maintenance and repairs must use genuine Powerex OEM parts and Powerex-certified engineers - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive maintenance service agreement for two Powerex oil-free scroll air compressors (Models SED1007S0041546 and SED100740HPAJ) - Annual agreement includes four quarterly on-site preventive maintenance visits - Annual replacement of OEM parts, labor, travel, lodging, tools, consumables, and unlimited telephone/online support - Non-routine/emergency repair labor to be billed separately at a discounted hourly rate, using only genuine Powerex parts - Notable Requirements: - Maintenance is critical for supporting LC-MS analyses in laboratory operations - Only Powerex-certified engineers and genuine OEM parts are acceptable - Non-routine repairs are not included in the base agreement and will be ordered as needed
