This solicitation is for the annual renewal of licenses and software maintenance for all SolarWinds products used by the Office of Enterprise Technology (OET) across the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) enterprise network. Only Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012), 060B2490021, are eligible to submit a bid. Bidders may submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their bid to be considered for the award.
