Description
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) invites public comment on one currently approved Information Collection Request (ICR), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number 1652-0030, that will be submitted to OMB for a revision in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). This collection allows customers to provide feedback to TSA about their experiences with TSA's processes and procedures, to request information or assistance at the TSA checkpoint, and to report security threats and vulnerabilities. TSA is revising the TSA Cares information collection to include a question about veteran status to better support veteran-related initiatives. The estimated annual burden includes 12,304 paper submissions and 292,943 electronic submissions, with an average annual hour burden of 25,451 hours.
