This notice announces the Agricultural Marketing Service's intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget for an extension and revision of the currently approved information collection titled "Tobacco Report" (OMB No. 0581-0004). The information collection involves the mandatory reporting of tobacco inventory and stocks by dealers and manufacturers, including small businesses, on a quarterly basis. The data collected is used for statistical purposes to ascertain the total supply of unmanufactured tobacco available to domestic manufacturers and to calculate consumption in manufactured tobacco products.
