The sensors are line voltage dual-technology wall switch occupancy sensors with 0-10V dimming, white finish, and are suited for enclosed spaces up to approximately 18 ft x 15 ft. No substitutions will be accepted. The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health will award the project to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier, including all costs for delivery, setup, and warranty.
