Description

UW Medicine is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced bidders to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), preventative maintenance, repairs and related services at the Hospitals. The participating entities include Harborview Medical Center and its Associated Clinics, University of Washington Medical Center operating at two separate campuses, Montlake and Northwest, and its Associated Clinics. The contract period starts October 15, 2026, through October 14, 2028, with options for extensions up to a total of nine years. Proposals are due by September 4, 2026, and must be submitted according to the specified guidelines.
