Description

In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 13.101, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with ADCOM Technologies for a Radio Hub System which is specifically designed to integrate with proprietary communication repeaters to use for operational support in achieving mission tasks by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The NAICS code for this procurement is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business size standard 800 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
