Description
ADVANCED CONTRACTING INITIATIVE – REGIONAL CONTRACTS FOR DEBRIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES (ACI-RCDMS) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires rapid and comprehensive debris removal services for the entire United States and its Outlying Areas. This acquisition is part of the Advanced Contracting Initiative – Regional Contracts for Debris Management Services (ACI – RCDMS) and supports the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other Federal disaster response efforts, as authorized by Public Law 93-288, The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (Stafford Act).The Government intends to award ten (10) Regional Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOCs) through a Full and Open Competition. JULY 31, 2026, UPDATE: Amendment 0005 to Solicitation W912EK26RA001 has been issued.
