Grand Valley State University is seeking a vendor to implement a comprehensive, scalable online orientation ecosystem to deliver personalized orientation experiences for multiple distinct student populations, including transfer students, online learners, adult learners, military-affiliated students, graduate students, international students, first-year students, and student families. The platform should support students from admission through enrollment, onboarding, and early transition, functioning as a lifecycle engagement tool integrated with recruitment, onboarding, advising, and degree completion efforts. The vendor must provide a full-service model including consultation, design, content development, video production, ADA compliance, platform programming, analytics, and ongoing support. The project requires bilingual capability (English and Spanish), IT security compliance, real-time analytics, and a launch by December 31, 2026, with an implementation fee invoiced by August 31, 2026.
