This solicitation is for the construction of the Method Community Park Improvements project in Raleigh, North Carolina. The project includes exterior restoration of the building envelope, a new accessible front entry preserving the historic stoop, updates to building systems such as electrical, mechanical, IT, AV, fire alarm, security, and plumbing. Interior renovations will provide new finishes and acoustic enhancements, with new exhibit content in the history room and options for raised access flooring in the multi-purpose space.
