Description
The City of Riverside is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct an independent, comprehensive performance assessment of the Community and Economic Development Department (CEDD). The assessment will evaluate organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, accountability systems, workplace culture, leadership and supervisory practices, staffing and workplace stability, service delivery, communication practices, and compliance across all divisions within the Department. The objective is to provide an objective evaluation of current operations, assess implementation of prior recommendations, identify operational and workforce risks, and develop actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance, transparency, employee engagement, and public confidence. The selected firm will coordinate with the City and provide a detailed project plan.
