Plans and specifications are available at no cost from Central Arkansas Water, and bidders must be listed on the plan holders list to receive bid addendums or updates. A pre-bid conference will be held on August 18, 2026, and all bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
