OECM is preparing to launch a major procurement for a Cashless Transaction Management Solution and related services for public sector organizations across Canada. - Government Buyer: - Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) - Master Agreements will be available to a broad range of public sector entities, including educational, health, social service, municipal, and utility organizations - Products/Services Requested: - Cashless Transaction Management Solution - Related services to support implementation and ongoing use - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Up to three suppliers will be awarded non-exclusive Master Agreements - Suppliers must not be U.S. businesses with fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada - Procurement is open to suppliers across Canada - Subject to Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Master Agreements will be used on an as-needed basis by participating organizations

OECM plans to issue a non-binding Request for Proposals to award Master Agreements to up to three qualified suppliers for Cashless Transaction Management Solution and Related Services. The agreements will be non-exclusive and used on an as-needed basis by OECM customers across Canada. Suppliers must not be U.S. businesses with fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada. The Master Agreements will be available to various public sector organizations including educational, health, municipal, and other entities. The RFP is expected to be published soon with awards anticipated in December 2026.
