Description

The Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers to establish one or more contracts for Event Spaces and Venue Services. The contracts will support HCDE's various divisions and are intended to provide a range of event space and venue services commonly purchased by government entities, school districts, and other public or not-for-profit organizations. The contract term is five years with a possible additional 90-day transitional period. Proposals must be submitted online via the HCDE eBid system by October 6, 2026.
