The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of two new, unused 2027 full-size SUV Police Pursuit Vehicles (PPV) for use at San Diego International Airport. - Government Buyer: - San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, Procurement Department - OEMs and Vendors: - Chevrolet (Chevrolet Tahoe 2WD 4dr Commercial (9C1) PPV specified) - Other OEMs may be considered if their vehicles meet or exceed all salient characteristics ("or equal" clause) - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) new, unused 2027 full-size SUV Police Pursuit Vehicles (PPV) - Example: Chevrolet Tahoe 2WD 4dr Commercial (9C1) or equivalent - Must meet California State and Federal safety, emissions, and noise standards - Must include heavy-duty police-rated suspension, 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine, 10-speed automatic transmission, police brakes, and other equipment as detailed in specifications - Four (4) programmed keys per vehicle (total of 8 keys) - Vehicles delivered with full fuel tanks - Delivery, offloading, installation, DMV registration, and shipping to San Diego International Airport - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be OEM factory-built, 2027 model year, and new/unused - Substitutions or "or equal" products allowed if all salient characteristics are met; documentation required for equivalency - All costs (labor, materials, accessories, DMV fees, taxes, shipping) must be included - Upfitting will be handled separately by the Authority after delivery - Compliance with equal opportunity and small business preference policies - Vendor registration on the Authority's website required for addenda and notifications

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority is seeking bids from suppliers to provide two new and unused 2027 full-size SUV police pursuit vehicles. The procurement includes all labor, materials, accessories, equipment, incidentals, offloading, installation, DMV registration fees, and shipping/delivery to San Diego International Airport. The vehicles must be OEM factory-built and meet the specifications provided. The Airport Authority will perform any necessary upfitting after delivery.
