The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) is seeking bids from qualified television stations to produce and air weekly 3-4 minute interviews with Trustees or the Communications Director on local news or lifestyle programs or some combination for twenty-six (26) weeks. These segments will support OHA’s outreach, education, and public information efforts by increasing visibility on news or lifestyle programming. The solicitation anticipates issuing multiple awards and is not based on a low bid process but rather a comparative evaluation. Proposals must be submitted via HIePRO by September 3, 2026, 2:00 PM HST.
