Seal bids must be delivered via mail or hand delivered per Solicitation Instructions no later than before Bid Opening @1400hr CET on 3 September 2016. 

All Questions must be submitted before close of business (1700hrsCET) on 12 August 2016 to provide time for DPW responses.
