The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit for Finger Lakes DDSOO is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS Small Business contractors to perform rehabilitation of the Bar Screen Building at Westfall Campus, located at 620 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14620. The scope includes rehabilitation work on the Bar Screen Building. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 10, 2026, and attendance is required to submit a quote.
