Description
This project is intended to empty food waste containers at least twice weekly at three locations on base. The contractor shall establish initial vehicle routes and collection schedules upon contract award. No changes are allowed to the schedule or haul route without CO or COR coordination. When the contractor completes service at a location there shall be no litter, waste, and recyclable material on the ground within a 10-foot radius of the container.
