This opportunity involves the U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center seeking repair and test services for EGI Receivers used on MH-65 helicopters. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Department of Homeland Security - OEM Highlight: - Honeywell International, Inc. is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the EGI Receiver (Part Number HG9869N1-001, NSN 1680-01-HS2-0768) - Vendors: - Only Honeywell or authorized distributors are eligible due to exclusive technical data and OEM requirements - Products/Services Requested: - Repair of 10 EGI Receivers (Part Number HG9869N1-001, NSN 1680-01-HS2-0768) - Test and evaluation services for EGI Receivers, including items that may be Beyond Economical Repair (BER) - Option for increased quantity and test/evaluation of scrap items - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Repairs must use OEM parts and meet manufacturer's minimum performance specifications - Contractor must provide failure data reports, Certificates of Airworthiness and Conformance, and comply with ISO 9001/AS9100 and FAA/EASA certifications - All components must be tracked in the USCG Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS) - Repairs must be completed within 30 days of receipt; test/evaluation within 15 days - No scrap fee is payable for BER items

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QB0000182 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The small business size standard is $40 million. This is a restricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Honeywell International, Inc (CAGE Code: 0BFA5) as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Sources must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts required to successfully perform the required repairs. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these repairs are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.
