The U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is seeking repair services and potential procurement for Data Concentrator Units used on MH-65 helicopters. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC - OEM Highlight: - SCI Technology, Inc. is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the Data Concentrator Units - Products/Services Requested: - Repair, test, and evaluation services for 12 Data Concentrator Units (NSN 5895-01-HS2-4091 / 5895-00-1-HS2-4091, Part Number 5443000-003) - Test and evaluation services for scrap items (quantity unspecified) - Potential procurement of 12 new Data Concentrator Units (same part number) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only SCI Technology, Inc. or authorized distributors with OEM traceability and technical data access are eligible - All repairs must be performed to OEM specifications and include airworthiness certification and failure data reporting - Contractor must hold ISO 9001, AS9100, and FAA/EASA Part 145 certifications - Repairs must be completed within 30 days of receipt; testing within 15 days - No scrap fee is payable for items deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER) - Compliance with USCG tracking and documentation requirements is mandatory

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QB0000181 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The small business size standard is $40 million. This is a restricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

  It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to SCI Technology, Inc (CAGE Code: 2J622) as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Sources must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts required to successfully perform the required repairs. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these repairs are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.
