The U.S. Embassy Dhaka, under the Department of State, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive food services for the Marine Security Guard (MSG) Detachment at the Marine Security Guard Residence. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Dhaka, Procurement and Contracting Unit - Scope of Work: - Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for daily meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for 7 Marine Security Guards - Service required Sunday through Thursday - Includes menu planning, food sourcing, preparation, serving, and quality management - Contractor must comply with local laws, maintain high hygiene and security standards, and ensure food safety - Contract Structure: - Fixed-price contract covering all required services - Initial period of performance is 12 months from Notice to Proceed - Includes 4 one-year option periods, for a potential total of 5 years - Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified, as this is a service contract - Contractor must provide comprehensive insurance coverage and all necessary resources - Food ingredients are purchased separately by the Mess NCO, with possible contractor assistance in procurement

Description

The Contractor shall perform food services work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Dhaka Marine Security Guards. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for services. Food is purchased separately by Mess NCO (after approval of 30-day menu) and maybe accompanied by the Contrator if needed.
