Description

U.S. Embassy Dili requires a qualified construction contractor to remove and replace the existing interior floor tiles and associated baseboards throughout the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR). Bathroom floor and wall tiles are excluded from this SOW. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and a competent English-speaking supervisor present at the site during all working hours. All work shall comply with applicable local codes, ANSI A108 standards, TCNA guidelines, and industry best practices.
