This opportunity is for comprehensive landscaping and grounds maintenance services at the US Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Kuwait Transmitting Station in Mutlaa, Kuwait. - Government Buyer: - United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Office of Contracts, Kuwait Transmitting Station - Scope of Services: - Full-service landscaping and grounds maintenance, including: - Lawn care, pruning, irrigation inspection and minor repairs - Watering, fertilization, weeding, pest and disease control - Debris removal, indoor plant care, perimeter ditch and berm maintenance - Major repair and replacement work, with a not-to-exceed (NTE) $10,000 per contract year - Contract Structure: - Firm-fixed price contract - Base year plus four 12-month option years (up to five years total) - Standard services billed monthly (12 per year), plus annual major repair/replacement allowance - Products/Services Requested: - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers required; all labor, materials, and equipment to be provided by the contractor - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal - Services must keep all landscaped areas in a clean, orderly, safe, and professional condition - Major repairs and replacements are as-needed, with a capped annual budget

The Potentional Offer may submit questions, comments, recommendations, business size regarding this draft RFP as well as its intent to bid, no later thand 8:00am, August 7, 2026.
