The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) located 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304-1290 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to award a sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended contractor is Medtronic INC, 200 Medtronic Drive, Lafayette, CO, 80026 United States. VACCHCS is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to Medtronic, INC. to provide Corrective and Preventative Maintenance Support Service for Medtronic O-arm O2, S8 with EM, and S8 Planning Station at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement Draft.
