Description
This Request for Grant Proposal (RFP) issued by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) seeks proposals to administer the Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Program. The program targets youth and young adults ages 12-21 who have run away, are at risk of running away, are homeless, or at imminent risk of homelessness. Services must be provided within one of seven Youth Services Regions in Wisconsin. The state intends to award one contract per region to eligible non-profit organizations, local units of government, or tribal governments.
