Description

The Consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule, and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times for the reconstruction of 9th Street and Indian Street from Capital Ave to W. 8th Street during the 2027 construction season. Services include research, survey, engineering design, and stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination. The project involves improvements to underground storm drainage, water and sewer utilities, retaining walls, road base, pavement, sidewalk/stairways, lighting, and other miscellaneous improvements. The work site is located in the Downtown area between Capital Ave and W 8th St., Juneau, Alaska.
