Description

The Consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times for reconstruction of the Lakeview Court during the 2027 construction season. Services include research, survey, engineering design, plus stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination. The construction work scope includes improvements to underground storm drainage, water and sewer utilities, road base, pavement, sidewalk, and other miscellaneous improvements for a complete project. The work site is located in the Mendenhall Valley Lakewood Subdivision area of Juneau, Alaska.
