Serve Alaska will serve as the statewide lead of the Youth Mental Health Corps (YMHC) planning process. Through an 11-month planning grant, Serve Alaska will design service-to-career pathways that prepare young adults for entry into the behavioral health workforce while expanding youth mental health supports statewide. The project aims to expand youth mental health supports across Alaska and prepare young adults for careers in behavioral health.
