Description
This project aims to create practical and meaningful tools to support First Nations in British Columbia to navigate and respond effectively to experiences of racism, including residential school denialism. The research will focus on how racism impacts First Nations cultural revitalization and will result in tools such as a condensed guide, two short educational videos, and an informational web page. The goal is to elevate First Nations voices in anti-racism dialogue and provide resources to counter harmful racist narratives. The First Peoples' Heritage, Language and Culture Council is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting company to conduct this research and develop the tools.
