This Request for Proposals invites proposals for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) preconstruction services for the Advanced Water Purification Pilot Project in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The project involves supporting the design process and construction in two phases: preconstruction phase services to assist the design engineer and construction phase services including procurement, construction, startup, commissioning, operator training, performance testing, and warranty services. The selected CMAR firm will present a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) when the design reaches approximately 90 percent completion. The procurement is managed by the City of Spring Hill.
