Description
Transport EnRoute Consortium is inviting qualified student transportation operators to submit a non-binding expression of interest regarding the potential provision of home-to-school transportation services. The Consortium coordinates student transportation services on behalf of four school boards in Ontario. This RFEI is an information-gathering and market-engagement exercise and will not result directly in the award of a contract. The Consortium seeks information on operator experience, geographic interest, fleet and driver capacity, safety programs, technology, service-delivery capabilities, and potential participation in a future procurement process. Approximately 262 routes may be relevant to the opportunities being explored for the 2026-2027 school year.
