The City of Spring Hill is soliciting proposals for the construction of three exterior metal buildings to be constructed and erected on-site at the Water Department Building located at 3636 Royal Park Boulevard. The buildings include one 50Lx24Wx13H metal building with 12-foot wide lean-tos on each side, one 40Lx30Wx13H metal building with two roll-up shop doors and a manway door, and one 96Lx25Wx13H open front metal building. The project scope includes furnishing all equipment, materials, delivery, and labor for complete installation on the existing asphalt parking lot. Bids must be submitted sealed by 2:00 PM local time on August 18, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.
