The City of Fayetteville is seeking sealed bids from qualified, licensed general contractors to renovate the existing Solid Waste Building. The scope of work includes constructing a new women's locker room, renovating the men's locker room and break room, and making related architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety improvements.
