The University of South Carolina Facilities Services intends to establish a service provider for a customizable, interactive, and robust Learning Management System (LMS) and workforce development platform. This platform is designed to support Facilities Management occupations and the full lifecycle of employee development from onboarding through advanced technical certification and continuing education. Training capabilities include skilled trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, mechanical systems, custodial services, landscaping and grounds, safety, leadership development, and project management. The procurement is conducted via a Request for Proposals method and involves a sealed event with no allowance for multiple offers.
