Description

The County of Alameda is seeking emergency medical services parcel tax administration services. The contract will be for three years with an option to renew for two additional years. The awarded contractor will be responsible for complete annual administration of the ALCO EMS Parcel Tax, including project management, data acquisition, database preparation, parcel classification, tax calculations, quality assurance, preparation of draft and final tax rolls, coordination with County departments, submission of required files to the Auditor-Controller, correction of errors, reporting, and transition assistance. The services support the Alameda County Emergency Medical Services system, which includes non-emergency and 911 communications, dispatch, response, treatment, and transport services.
