The scope includes installation, removal, and storage of holiday decorations at an offsite location provided by the proposer. Locations include 4th Street between Mortimer & Ross Street, 3rd Street between Mortimer & Ross Street, Plaza Calle Cuatro, Second Street Promenade, Skyline at 5th & Spurgeon, and other contractor-recommended sites. The City reserves the right to add or remove locations based on budget.
