ICBC is seeking a single-vendor, in-house production print solution for high-volume black-and-white printing. The procurement includes 2 non-MICR production printers (1 leased and 1 purchased) with a capacity of about 900K–1.2M monthly impressions, and 2 MICR cheque printers (both purchased) with an annual cheque volume of 662K–800K impressions. The scope covers equipment supply, installation, and a bundled service model including maintenance, parts, consumables, and software support under a cost-per-copy pricing model.
