Description

The City of Temecula is soliciting proposals for professional services to replace and upgrade the audio mixing console and associated sound system components at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater. The scope includes evaluating existing equipment, furnishing and installing new audio consoles and hardware, integrating the upgraded system with existing infrastructure, configuring and testing all equipment, and system commissioning. Additional work involves operator training, removal and disposal of obsolete equipment, and coordination with theater staff to minimize operational disruptions. The project requires a five-year warranty on all equipment and services and includes a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 10, 2026.
