Description

The City of Stillwater is seeking qualifications from experienced firms to provide on-call project delivery consultant services. The scope includes support for a broad range of project types such as building systems, vertical construction, facility improvements, and specialty projects, ranging from small maintenance efforts to larger multi-disciplinary capital projects. The City intends to select one qualified firm to serve as an on-call consultant to assist with project delivery. Firms may include consulting, architecture and engineering, or construction management firms, and may use subconsultants or team arrangements. The selected consultant and its affiliates are ineligible to perform construction or supply work on projects for which they provide services under this contract.
