Description
The Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of the Construction and Property Management Department, Construction Services Division, is seeking a qualified and licensed Construction Manager at Risk to provide construction services for an approximately 8,000-square-foot addition to the existing East Lake Community Library building. The project includes a ground floor addition of approximately 3,650 square feet and a second floor addition of approximately 4,350 square feet. The selected General Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, and construction activities necessary to complete the addition in accordance with the County's plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
