Description

This solicitation is for cleaning and clearing the Lower Kapahi Reservoir irrigation drainage gate outlet area and both entry and exit of the culvert area to prevent flooding and blockage of water flow that may jeopardize dam safety. The work includes cutting and removing all debris, shrubbery, and vegetation within a 25-foot radius of the existing gate outlet and culvert areas on State lands at Kapaa, Kauai. Additionally, maintenance is required every three months for one year after the initial cleaning to cut and remove shrubbery within the same radius.
