Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative, Inc. (GCEC) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide auditing services for the Cooperative's financial systems and maintenance of records. The scope includes annual audits of financial statements, single audits as needed for federal grants, preparation of Federal Forms 990 and 990-T, and ongoing financial advice. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 2, 2024, at 12:00 CST. The contract term may be up to three years with fixed prices for the duration.
